CREATIVE ACCESS AND REPRESENTATION IN DEVISED THEATRE
This is a workshop on devising performance in a way that is representative and accessible, run by queer and neurodivergent led company The Not-God Complex. The workshop will cover topics such as representation in performance and how working in an interdisciplinary way can creatively integrate access, and will look at both performance and technical disciplines.

This workshop is part of our project All in Good Time; which is a show that explores divergent experiences of time (which could be created by neurodivergence, mental illness, culture, and a whole host of other things!)
​
We will be sharing parts of our process, and also encouraging you to consider how access and positive representation can be represented in your own work; wether you are an actor, writer, director or designer.

You can expect practical exercises, and some group discussion! All activities will be optional and access needs (e.g. scribing, re-explaining exercises, sensory needs, time out) will be accommodated
